History
bettiltANS Rwanda course is divided into four sequences which illustrate its dynamic nature:
- 1999-2003: Reflections on the establishment of the structure, development of regulatory texts and statutes.
- 2004-2005: Search for compulsory administrative documents, search for financial and technical partners, project writing and search for funding,
- 2006-2012: consolidation of partnership relations and implementation of livestock promotion and community development activities.
- 2013-Up to now: consolidation and diversification of activities.
